Make Destro/Resto pull from stamina pool like the others.

actually it does since the other weapons of the category pull from that pool, all of them should regardless of the "roleplay" aspect of it being a "magic weapon"
Think enchantments here, a dang stamina using sword can cast a fire attack when its swung. Thats cool, so go swing sticks and use specials on them that pull stam as well.

ok so you would like a "magic" staff to pull from stamina? if I hit you over the head with a staff(tempting...) that would be stamina. if I cast a lightning bolt out of a staff im just going to go out on a limb here and say that's magic

If it fixes anything it makes templars useful again as theyre the only class that can heal others with magicka spells under that model.

Well not to be a total stickler or anything, but with the right morphs so can a siphon nightblade spec, just more reliance on damage-to-heals than straight heals from magicka pool.
