Vanity Pet - Razak's Toy Spider

I did both quests in Razaka's Wheel group dungeon in Bangkorai. The dungeon is completed as a white icon on my map at the moment, so there's nothing else. After completing the quest with the Dwemer Spider you are supposed to be awarded the Razak's Toy Spider vanity pet. Unfortunately all I received was gold. I made sure to fact check this by watching a video of the exact same quest and the person was indeed awarded the pet. I sent in a bug report about it but I also wanted to alert others of the problem, or perhaps I am just unlucky.

Happened to both me & my wife. We submitted a ticket & within 30 minutes were mailed our reward spiders in-game.

Do you remember under what headings did you report the bug? I've also read other posts of people getting theirs back in a day. I hope they get to mine.

Ok this is cool, but I'll take some time before I get to daggerfall to fetch this through veteran

I wonder if other factions have similar, would love to get something else than monkey, mudcrab or scuttler.

Yes for me they made me post my acct name, answer to secret question and proof of payment, and I did, nearly 2 hours ago and nothing yet so I guess they must be really busy.

Hey thanks for the quick and immediate response! I'm glad I could get a clarification on the issue and thank you again for submitting a ticket on our behalf. The customer service has been fantastic on this game.

Same thing happened to me, I didn't even realize that was supposed to be the reward.

EDIT: I submitted an in-game help ticket, and within 5 minutes, I had the toy spider pet in my in-game mail. Thanks so much ZOS support!

Just finished this zone, did not get it either

EDIT: Submitted ticket and it was answered in less than 3 minutes and the pet was delivered. Great service.

I finished that whole area, quests and didn't receive any pet.

I feel bad for players who do not even know they are missing the pet spider as a reward, and won't create a ticket to receive it. I got mine weeks ago, but just helped 2 friends with the Razaka's Wheel and its 2 quests. When finished I congratulated them on their pet spiders. They were confused until I explained the completed quest should have given them one of the little robotic arachnids. Glad I saw this so I can inform them they should create a ticket.

I just wanted to post and say I had the same thing happen to be and ZOS was super quick to respond and mail me my spider. Excellent support as far as I'm concerned, especially since a ton of mmo companies wont ever give players items, ever, they just say 'oh well, not our policy!'

Finished this quest a couple days ago, and also didn't get the spider thingy as reward. Submitted a /bug report, but haven't heard anything. Still no has noisy pet spider.

To get the pet spider you should contact Customer Support, aka use /help. The bug report is for, well, reporting bugs, you won't get a response to them.

Did the quest earlier but no spider was forthcoming, submitted a report and got an in game email with said brass clanker attached within the hour.

Just did this quest, no spider. Opened a ticket. My entire group did it and received no reward.

Within 10 minutes of the ticket, an agent contacted me in game and sent me it. First time I've had such a speedy cs response.

I didn't know you were supposed to receive a pet. I did that dungeon awhile ago but I never received one either.

I had this problem as well... My partner and I both completed the dungeon earlier today and neither of us got the pet. We filled out /bug reports, but we'll go ahead and contact /help now instead.

EDIT: I contacted support using /help and was mailed my spider within minutes. Thanks support!

Every time I see one of these spiders I want to attack it. The sound they make sets me on edge.... perhaps I have some traumatic memories of Blackreach.

I am not down with the Dwemer, nope, no sir. Those of you who run around with a Dwemer spider are flirting with disaster!

I'd just like to thank you for starting this thread, I had no idea that I should earn a pet spider from this quest but a quick /help to CS gained me another pet to play with

So again thank you for bringing this to my attention, but it does make me wonder if there are other trophies I have missed.

And yet another thing broken with one of latest patches. Clearly the fixing sort of patches is not in favour any more and they switched to the breaking kind.

That said, thank you indeed for starting the thread:) Now I at least know how the quest really ended - been wondering what happened, as it said spider came to life and that was it.
