Hello, I bought ESO on Friday but have have only played a couple of hours so far because of error 301. I am curious who else is in the same boat. Also, can you tell me how many days total have you been locked out of the game because of bugs?

    What Turelus said. I did get a different error message once, but I found out it had something to do with a bugged quest (Legacy of the Three, anyone?).

    No never. I had crash at the launcher when quitting the game but just found that desactivating Shadowplay record desktop mode removed the launcher crash.

    I crashed while starting a new character and when I tried to log in I get a "Login Timeout" followed by "Error 301". Had this error for 3 days going on 4.

    You contacted customer support and they didnt fix it?

    Yep. They said they "escalated it" to the escalation team that is dealing with the 301 error.

    I was unsubbed before this happened. I had about 14 days left on my account and was just playing it out.

    One month auto renewal setup. Never cancelled.

    That is terrible. Honesly im relying heavily on eso to relax and take my mind off of life issues. If I could not play a whole day, I woukd be very disappointed, not to say 4 days

    This is exactly what I was doing. Playing after work. Since I play on a Mac, the games are very limited. This was probably the only MMO I wanted to play other than Guild Wars and Warcraft. Now I can't play anything.

    I've only had once or twice that it lasted about two hours, never a couple of days as many of reported. I hope I never get it.

    I was locked out for 5 days after craglorn launched and my toon got stuck in an infinite loop after the servers came back up and was never compensated even after 2 ticket submissions. Account canceled.....

    Going on about 18 hours now. I went ahead and unsubbed (account renews tonight), don't want to pay to not be able to play since it sounds like people aren't getting any compensatory time.

    So it looks like 60% of players have never experienced this error, but hopefully 40% is enough for Zenimax to fix this soon, I doubt they can afford to have people unsubscribe because they can't play or refund lost time.

    I voted no, but must add I haven't played the game for around 2-3 weeks after hearing about all the problems in game.

    I am awaiting the game to be fixed and leveled out to a more smoother experience, say 6 months. Then I will try again... maybe.
    Who has time? But if we never take time how can we ever have time?
