The Star-Gazers - Quest log fail!

I picked up the quest to go to Craglorn a couple of days ago, I have no idea where I got it from so I thought I'd check the Quest Log and look at the map ...
... FAIL ... the map marker for this quest is in CRAGLORN telling me where the cart's destination is, it doesn't tell me where to board the bloody cart in the first place.
Come on ZOS, engage brain here!
Someone give me a clue please.

I'm now VR3, TBH no idea when/how the quest appeared, I had assumed it was one I'd picked up in Wayrest when I got there. It would seem obvious that if I Abandon it I could pick it up again, but frankly given the number of broken quests we've seen I fear I'd not get it again.
I've tried to find where the Herald is but Google came up blank and TBH I really don't feel like trudging around Wayrest blindly hoping to spot him/her.Edited by fromtesonlineb16_ESO on June 8, 2014 6:21PM0
