Login Timeout, Error 301

    It would be nice to get a status update/acknowledgement on this issue.

    I will give Customer Support credit for quickly responding to my ticket when I originally created it (2 days ago), however after the initial attempts to resolve the issue they have since disappeared and have not yet responded to my request for a status update either.

    You wont get any support or answers. I've called in twice now, 47 minutes with the first guy as he ran through his entire trouble shooting book to only get to the point of I see you already did that as you indicated in the ticket which I never bothered to read, all the way up to oh this is should already be in the escalation queue.

    He further states I'll personally walk this over and have them call you back within 5-10 minutes, 40 minutes later I call back only to get stuck on the phone with another guy who insists he can resolve the issue by proceeding to ask the same series of scripted questions the first guy did and wouldn't transfer me to the escalation team.

    Lets just say my patience is running out, if I wanted play lets see how bad customer service can be I would still be playing SWTOR.
