The 2nd part is I think something he does. sometimes he has a special ability that makes you move diff. it's only so long.

It's really odd, huh? And thanks for adding that /stuck doesn't work! It didn't work for me either, and relogging seemed to handle it.

As for Uulgarg, I should have added that this stays permanent the entire battle. So instead of the fear last for x-duration of time, it just continues to be that way the whole battle for me. So I'm wondering if his ability is bugged? I'm not sure, but I don't remember his fear last an entire five minutes before.
