I send an email at customer support already, no response. So i write here too, i can't play at all in pvp from 4 days i got massive lag and freeze every 5 minutes. I am an EU player and i got 180-210 latency. I tried EVERYTHING, i send my game consultant file too but no response from your support service. I have 3 days of game time remaining and i dont setup my renewal anymore, you don't deserve my money, you've teased your customers with the story of the european server.
