ESO crashing at launch after updating to latest patch.

Every time I launch ESO it crashes just after it opens.
Things I have already tried:
1. repair from the launcher.
2. starting from the launcher.
3. starting from the eso.exe file.
4. I have removed SwettFX and all the accompanying files.
I am seeing this error in the interfacelog
