Reached lvl 50 on horse, gained blanket under saddle but lost straps

Is this normal? my horse had straps from speed feeding now i reached lvl 50 gained the rad-golden blanket but straps are gone 
Also, if i want to sell my horse (wich is lvl 50) i only get 4k for it. I payed 47k and it was lvl1, how is that fair Zeni??

✭✭✭My level 50 horse kept its straps and never received a blanket. My horse reached level 50 a couple of weeks ago so it is possible this upgrade or change is a recent one.2 -

Mine reached lvl 50 yesterday. Kept straps, never got a blanket.2 -
theweakminded✭✭✭Cars lose much of their value the second they leave the lot. You put that horse through a lot of shot, ain't nobody want that nag.
The blanket could be something specific to the expensive horses. Should have put a screenshot up as well.3 -

It's supposed to be head armor at +20 stamina, straps at +20 speed, saddlebags at +20 inventory and the saddle blanket at the 50th feed.0 -

Note that this is +20. Not 10 (as an example) that your horse started with, plus another 10.
You have to add 20 to a specific stat to get the visual upgrade, regardless of your starting stats.0 -
