Can't access account management

Hello,

I tried to access the account website today to change my payment info but I'm not receiving the e-mail with the code to authorize my location.

I never had this issue before and were receiving the e-mails just fine until today.

Can someone help?

    My work has just sent out an email to all faculty/staff/student about delays to/from gmail accounts from 1min delays to up to 18hours. That may account for it if you are using gmail

    I'm not using gmail, I'm using icloud (apple) and have no problem receiving e-mails from other sources. I've also whitelisted zenimax noreply e-mail but no luck....

    One thread on pts had the same issue yesterday iirc. I seem to remember they did something else like rebooted thier router then tried to login which would normally prompt an email verification and they suddenly received both email. Sorta like forcing anorther email unplugged the pipe and things got going again. Probably just a coincidence

    Yeah. Musta been a coincidence. Actually I wasn't suggesting that. Now you can't login to the game either. Now I feel bad

    Actually I can log-in the game fine just the website is asking me for a code.

    Also noticed I may not be getting forum notification e-mails either... Can you try sending me a PM to see if it helps?

    Did receive the forum notification but not the access codes e-mails 8 hours later... I'm sending a support ticket.

    I am also not receiving the email confirmation after my router rebooted itself.

    Usually it arrives almost instantly. I tried yesterday and waited all day. I tried pressing the 'I did not receive button' and it said sent successfully but it still did not arrive still even today.

    As I said, normally these arrive with no issue very fast. I tried also today and the same issue. I can't access my Account page.

    I also double checked Trash spam filter and nothing in there (previously it's never been a problem anyhow) Sent test emails and from others to confirm and working fine.

    Using iCloud on my Mac via a me.com email address. Not Gmail.

    I suspect there is some issue possibly related to previously having PTS account?

    I can log to game no problem and forum.

    Submitted ticket but wanted to post on this thread also.

    EDIT: I also have not received the usual instant email confirmation of email ticket being submitted via the web site either.

    Checked it for possible spam blacklist as it was once a while back but seems fine.

    I was also using a me.com e-mail. Phone support fixed it by changing my e-mail registered to my gmail account. It seems apple is currently blocking noreply@elderscrollsonline.com no idea why.
