Cannot Fight After 1.1.3 Update

I know this was a random thing before the latest update where if I was attacked by more than one NPC I could not dual wield or shoot my bow. Now since the update, if I am attacked by more than one NPC I have to hit tab or "." every other time I want to hit an NPC or I just stand there and get smacked until I die. Doesn't matter if it is a human NPC or animal, same results. Happens on my DK and NB characters. One is in Shadowfen and the other is in Glenumbra.

The graphics issue is only happening in Shadowfen. Every third step it is like the game is loading the area which is silly. Doesn't happen on my other character.

Well I may have fixed the graphics issue. I had turned off Aero theme in Win 7 as that is suppose to help with possible black screen issues. Doesn't fix the DX11 black screen and it hoses the game graphics. Turned Aero themes back on and Shadowfen is playable. Still can't use my weapons though. I am not switching weapons when this happens. Just went in on a mob and had out my duel weapons. I chain pulled one to me and that was that. Could not fight at all. Hit the "." button and used my fire breath. That was that. Could not fight at all. Basically if I use ANY functions of 1-5 I can no longer fight.

I have removed all perks from both weapons and removed all weapons. Reloaded all the slots and the problem still persists.

i'd open up a ticket on this one, its kinda wierd. Does it happen with aero off and in windowed mode?

The graphics issues do. The weapons thing have been constant since the last update. The graphics are working now that I enabled Aero again.

What happens fighting is say I hit #1 for vampire drain. Great now I need to either shoot my bow or use my swords. So sorry better run for my life because nothing works. The only way I can use ANY of my 1-5 slots is hit #1 then "." then #4 then "." then #4 again for another poison arrow then ".". Rinse and repeat.

Still no word from support. This needs a hotfix. I just died at an anchor drop three times from this insanity. There is no use to even pull out a sword or bow at this rate. Just walk up, let them smack me, die, respawn move on. As it stands using my bow and trying to use poison arrows I hit 4 then ESCx2 then 4 then ESCx2, rinse and repeat on ANY 1-5 key I want to use. I try move so NO ENEMY TOUCHES me but at an anchor drop with all that spawning and players bringing them into your area, pffttt.... doesn't work so well.

I too have been hit with the cannot target bug. It happens 40% of the time. I usually wander into a group of NPC's that look friendly because they are not targettable by me and next thing is I am being attacked. Hitting escape or tab usually fixes this.

Along with this bug which I filed a report on I am increasingly unable to open bodies to loot. The "E" is highlighted and looks to be active but upon clicking I only get a dull sound.

I get the can't loot, and can't fight bug once in awhile in Shadowfen also. It must be something in that area causing it.

This is happening to all of my characters. I have one in Shadowfen, one in Glenumbra and one in AD in Vulkhel Guard. I first thought it was Shadowfen since a lot of players are having major issues in that part of the map but I have been playing my Glenumbra character for two days and it has been non stop with this character as well. She is the one that got trashed at Kings Guard anchor drop today. I played it four times and I died a total of seven times for no good reason. The only issue was I could not fight and when you have six enemies on you and all your character does is stand there...well...it can't end well.

I was fine as long as I could move around and not let them touch me and I don't mean charge me. If they just come in contact running by me after someone else, the key thing starts. I have tested this a lot the past few days and have monitored my magic and stamina and I am not out, totally full.

happens to me tho not to the extent you are having. but many times my char almost freezes, i can do some movement but not use my skills at all. I hit esc to try and jolt it free but it doesnt work. most i can do is run away or kite till it unfreezes... or of course... die. heh

area i was in alikr desert, regular landscape pve. no dolmen or instances
