Unbearable lag in Cyrodiil

I always run with a 24-man group in Cyrodiil and today was a big fight with well over 100 people total fighting in a keep, and about 2-3 people in my raid disconnected at the same time I did.
Even when I relogged and got away from the fight and as I'm approaching the fight I'm starting to lag and when I get close to the big fight I just completely lag out and DC and so do other guys too, as I know them complaining in Team Speak.
This never happened until that last patch which "fixed" the lag in Cyrodiil. Now whenever there's just 100 people in a fight then I completely lag out.
I really hope you devs play Bloodthorn or Wabbajack late at night so you can see how bad the lag is. Wabbajack yesterday was so bad that people were complaining of 5-15 seconds delays on skills.
