Need Access code??? I waited for the entire update over my SLOW DSL and when I went to log in, it asked for the access code that was mailed to me - except there wasn't one...

Anyone that can help ???

    Hey there. If you do not see the email with your access code, we suggest checking your spam/junk filter. Also try adding "donotreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com" and "donotreply@elderscrollsonline.com" to your e-mail account's allow list to avoid having it automatically deleted or moved to a spam folder.

    If you still don't see the access code, rest assured, we have created a ticket so that our Support Team can assist you. They'll be able to change the email address on your account in case there's a filter preventing you from receiving that email. Thanks for your patience!

    I am having the same problem tried several times and no email has shown up.
    I have white listed your donot reply addresses.
    This system has worked in the past with my NA game and in fact I was on the NA server just before I attempted to log into the PTS and my IP did not change
