I raised a ticket about the God of Schemes bug and wrote in it specifically

I don't want to do PVP

I have no other quests to complete, everything is done, all world bosses, all quest, I am complete.

We are aware that the God of Schemes quest is bugged. We are deeply sorry. I'd recommend what has already been suggested in you previous tickets while the development team is looking for a fix. Try to complete other side quests or even experience some PvP action while we quickly work towards a solution.
