Every time I try to search the serpent's kiss it doesn't do anything, anyone else having this problem?

Also tried to complete it. Could not search the sleeping sailor for the key to the hold.

I cannot even find a sleeping sailor to try to search, as soon as I enter the hold the quest icon tells me to exit the ship's hold

Same here.
Abandoning and restarting produces the same result.
So does the old chestnut of "log out for 15 minutes and return"

I always just paid the captain for the key -- next time I'll give that a try.
