Lost my Vampire skill line and no skill point refund.

So today i logged in and saw that there is no more Vampire skill line under Word skill category.
No skill points invested were refunded.
Also my hero remain with Vampire bug which make my Stamina regen 0 and Fire damage and Health regen penalty are still on me...
It seems not just a visual bug, because im no longer able to feed on Humanoid NPC's
Sent a ticket but no response yet.

this is no vampire disadvantage as far as I know. stamina is not touched by vampire0 -

It is not disadvantage of Vamprire.. it is a BUG of Vampire. Instead of bonus to Stamina regen your regen become 0.
And, unfortunately no, im on EU server but im Dominion.

So you're saying you were a vamp yesterday and now you bugged? Did try to speak with priest to clear vampirism or no?0 -

When i logged off yesterday, i was inside of Elden Hallow VET Dungeon and i stil lwas a Vampire.
Mean point is that i not just lost my Vampire, also non of the skill points i invested into his skills are not returned to me.0 -

killedbyping✭✭✭✭Well, my guildy appears to have a free vamp bite so i restored myself. All the skill points invested are in place.
But the fact that i have lost my Vampirism for no reason still remains...1 -
Koga✭✭It happened to me too. I was Vamp rank 10 and ported to the mages guild island to do the guild quest, and puff no a vampire anymore. What gives Zos?

Arreyanne✭✭✭✭Welcome to Elder Staff's Online, really sorry to hear that when this happened to me I lost all my skill points after the third patch applied to the game and it took 13 days to get them to fix that character.
