I am so disgusted with Zenimax. They charged me twice for a month subscription, the first time, May 25th, it went through and the second time, 5 days later May 30th around 11pm, declined as they already had the payment. I've contacted them twice about this as well as Mastercard. According to Zenimax, the first charge was an authorization, which is okay, so where is my money? According to Mastercard the first "authorization charge" went through and is gone to Zenimax. Zenimax denied this and told me how they worked was they actually charge you twice then give half the money back later, which was an issue they are aware of and fixed. I am screwed though because they magically fixed this issue after I was charged. But get this, they apparently "fixed" this issue and I quote "Um...well you were first charged on uhhh, the 25th of May... so... uhhhmmm, I would say it was fixed um... let me check.... it was fixed on the 30th". Huh?!!! So the day they fixed the issue they decide to charge me a second time? Sounds like BS from a stoned *** customer service rep. Apparently the missing money should be returned to me by next week. In the mean time I have no subscription... SOL and they don't care. Seems like a quick buck is more important than long term profits. Disgusting sick business. So glad I changed from a 6 month sub plan or I might be out more money. Mastercard says I should escalate the issue if it isn't resolved after contacting them again which the service was worse and made no sense as I posted above. At least the first time I did get 3 days for compensation and to see if the missing funds would come back which they haven't. I don't think I will be wasting any more time with Zenimax other than disputing the money they took.

File an affidavit with your bank, due to regulation E - you will get your money back in 10 days by federal regulation. Most banks however give you provisional credit within 2 business days.

I have still not understood why I was charged $15 a couple of days after creating my subscription, which was the same exact day and five minutes later that I created my account and got 30 days of free game time from my initial purchase of the game. TESO website showed I had 30 days remaining, when it said 28 days remaining I got a charge for the subscription. I think theres something wrong here if we cant even use our 30 day free time tied to the game purchase itself. Come on Zenimax, if you're going to create a game with Bethisda, at least do some things right. It seems as if you poorly tested the game beforehand, which im guessing is why the console games will not be released until December 2014 or something ridiculous. We paid to play, give us our moneys worth or refund time correctly.
