excepting your characters arent going to be there, and its only open during big patch deliveries, none that I know of.
oh and I think you can select a top level character template. at least you could during craglorn so you might not have to level to test.

Heh, it's great to read and discover things were broken that I didn't even know had been broken. The templar section was quite illuminating, pun half-intended.
