She read a "Can I haz ur stuff?" post and sent it all to him... be happy she sent the gold first or you would have no armor and a lot of open pack and bank space...
By the way, the Court could still rule in her favor making them Her Characters...

Regarding your issue, I regret to inform you that once a character is deleted, there is no way of getting it back. I understand the frustration and I really wish I could help, it is just not possible to fix this particular issue.

Now it could be, ZOS changed their policy. But I dont think this is true at all.1 -

✭I fear the Support Folks at ZOS are required to wait until the court decides property rights, your Ex may own half or all of your accounts/characters in which case she can delete them... I think you should get a good lawyer and hope for the best...
I wonder if the Court decides that the Ex owns the accounts and requires you to pay for them as long as the wife wants to play...
He's a bloody troll, he does this same lame routine on various other gaming forums.

So being a concerned father, I decided to spend a few hours with her yesterday afternoon. I took her to the mall, gave her 20 bucks and told her to buy whatever she wanted.. I sat in Gamestop and read the Elder Scrolls Online strategy guide while she shopped.
While at the mall with my daughter, my ex broke into my apartment and logged on to my ESO account. She then deleted all my characters! She had my password when I still lived with her, but I didn't think of changing it since I took our only computer when I walked out on them.
What do I need to do to fix this problem? And quickly please. My guild raids in 30 minutes.
Please report this person immediately. For those of you who don't know, he is a well known forum troll from other MMO's. NOTHING that he says is true. Do not fall for any of his lies.
