The next content update could be with us in as little as 3 weeks (Don't blame me, Zenimax said 4-6 weeks each release) But I'm not holding my breath for anything sooner then 7 again ! ! !
Anyway... possibly as near as 3 weeks for new content and the PTS is STILL closed to the public???
Zenimax have already said they are going to announce the new content this week,so unless they are going to announce completely un-tested content, this update has already been tested (behind closed doors again) ! ! !ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Hey guys, we plan on giving you some updates on new content later this week.
The PTS is supposed to have been opened to the public (ESO players at least)

They haven't yet made any flat-out statements to players that haven't been true. I'm not talking about "OMG, they totally said they were going to make my class better!" types of statements. I mean actual statements of fact. If you can find an example of a lie in the past, feel free to post it instead of making vague accusations.

They repeatedly claim to fix stuff and it turns out it's not fixed. They claimed this was going to be the smoothest release ever. They claimed there would be an EU server at launch.
They claimed I could effectively play a nightblade with something other than light armour and staffs.
The list goes on and on.
And just to point out - I said nothing about 'lying'. You said that.

I would rather have a major patch to improve the current game than any new content. Overly releasing new content is meaningless if it's not used (Craglorn is mostly Anom) or fun.
Fixing what you have first is more important than setting a strict content release schedule.

Right, you just implied it. Are you really going to get into a battle of semantics here?
ZO has made zero factual statements that have turned out to be wrong. Whether or not you believe that something is "fixed" or "effective" is entirely subjective. But when they set release dates, specific maintenance end-times, content update time frames, etc., they've never had to go back on their word.

I tell you what. You just make up what i'm saying and hold the conversation with yourself okay?
And no - whether something is 'fixed' is not in the slightest bit 'subjective'.
But fair do's let me test that by logging onto the EU-based server for all that good low ping game play.
Hang on ... hang on.
Nope.
Turns out the existence of an EU based server isn't subjective after all.
Any more than the never-ending trail of still-broken from beta quests at launch was 'subjective'.
Just like the still not fixed VR trash mobs being over-powered isn't 'subjective' either.

However, just to correct some serious misstatements in that post: Craglorn was released at the 6 week mark. It was only 7 if you counted early access time. And if we're possibly 3 weeks away from new content, that means we're also possibly 5 weeks away from new content. There's no need for PTS to be up and running that far in advance, and I absolutely hope they are doing behind-closed-doors testing before doing a larger-scale PTS build.
Be patient. They said the next round of PTS is open to everyone, and I have the feeling that most people want it that way so they can experience new content early rather than actually try and provide valuable feedback about bugs. So you'll all get your chance to rush the PTS and then complain about how bored you are when 1.2 comes out.

Just to correct your serious misstatement. Launch day was April 4th, Craglorn launched on May 22, that is 1 day shy of 7 weeks, therefore not within 6 weeks.

"Soon" does not imply any particular date, time, decade, century, or millennia in the past, present, and certainly not the future.
At this point, you're better off getting a sun dial.

Name one quest that has been broken since beta.
Show evidence that the VR mobs haven't been fixed (all of mine have been doing exactly the damage they were pre-hotfix).
And please, please, please direct me to the post that gave a specific time frame for the EU server.
You can say that fixes aren't subjective all you like, but when your fixes are things like "My class isn't playable/Nerf [x] class," you don't have a leg to stand on.
