Think I named my Bosmer NB's horse Sure Foot, or something like that.
My Argonian Templar's horse is named Carries-Bright-Light.
DK has the Zenimax Factory Name Brand.
Not sure of the rest so much, but I did have to name one (Breton Sorc?)
