My Imperial Dragonknight has an Imperial white horse named Eagle (level 50, all carrying capacity), and a light horse named Falcon (currently leveling for speed).

My Redguard Templar has a light horse named Zephyr (currently leveling for speed).

All of my other characters just have the basic un-upgraded Imperial horses, and I didn't bother giving them special names.

My Nord Dragonknight has the imperial horse, named Alluna. Due to her RP, a horse saving her on the night of All hallows eve- and There I go getting off track. Just know it has to deal with Halloween and the Moons.

My Khajiit main and alt's Imperial horses got Imperial names; Teo and Vala (thanks UESP).

My main's light speed horse is called Krin (grin in Khajiiti).

My Argonian alt has a horse named Runs-Like-Honey in honor of a terrific character backstory I read on these very forums

I guessed I (Khajiit) wasn't the only one with Mr Ed. My Argonian's mount is Good-For-The-Roses or Moist Nose depending on the mood. My Imperial has Asinus Tardus. The Nord calls hers Mother. That's kind of sad and she is aware of it.

Kulrig Alestout, Nord Sorcerer extraordinaire, has two horses. I renamed my first Imperial Horse "Coat d'Ivoire" (it's a bad pun). My second is "Bilbo Baghorse".

For my Argonian Templar, Visions-of-Pain, it seemed only fitting to name his mount "Erats". That's short for "Emergency Rations".

Don't recall any others, but those are the ones I can recall off the top of my head.
