Bugged mainline quest in Bangkorai

After completing Destroying the dark witness, it says talk to Wyress Freyda which should start quest Heart of Evil it does not it now tells you to talk to someone in town which ends the quest. heart of evil is supposed to lead to The Parley which eventually leads you into ColdHarbour. so until that is fixed my character is completely stuck

For broken quests, customer support says abandon the quest and try again.

Their response for another quest of mine:

"I'm sorry to read you're not able to find Garyn Indoril! It may help to abandon and re-take the quest, if you are able to do so. Otherwise, please reply back to confirm that you are still having difficulties with this quest, and we will assist further."

i cant abandon the quest wyress freyda now sends u to talk to someone in town and it ends after that step and you cannot talk to anyone she should have started you on heart of evil not send you to talk to someone in town (this is my 3rd time doing this quest) i even double checked many websites it is completely bugged they moved something around

Im having the same problems but i cant start Destroying the dark witness even after completing Beyond the call which means i cant even get to the Garrison..

I was having the same problem, I completed the quest line that starts with 'a city in black' and it unlocked the heart of evil. Hope it works for you also.

I cant start The Heart Of Evil at all... been trying to back track to see if i missed something but can't find a thing.

I am now missing the Crow as well to speak too. I turned off the counsel completely and turned it back on and it's still not there. The Crow is missing.

i'm stuck, after they send us to talk to that girl in town, the quests ends. There's no quest giver. I cant start heart of the evil.

can someone help?
