Odd blur after leaving a menu

Iv notced the odd blur when i leve the menu like bag, mail etc, it only lasts a sec. Its mostly a nascence as it screws with my eyes but douset hinder me playing. Was curious if theres a way to get the blur to stop after i leave bag, mail etc?
I included a screenshot of what it looks like right after i leave a menu. I tried to see if it was my addons but after deactivating them it still douse this.

Moonraker✭✭✭✭I noticed it too on PTS for 1.1.2 and figured it was a 'feature'
It's only momentary but noticeable and rather distracting. Not sure why this is. This is on the Mac client. 0
