ZoS: When are Stamina/Weapon builds going to be competitive?

I remember leveling up in the normal zones and seeing people using medium armor, bows and melee weapons all the time. Now in VR content its all staves, light armor and AoE. I mean it really is laughable when you hear "Elder Staves Online" because its friking true!
The game is out of balance magicka vs stamina wise. Buff stamina/weapons. Make them viable again. Thank you, that is all.

Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
