I'm sorry guys but i had to say it. I have been contacting Zeni or the moderators or whoever read those tickets for 3 times now, every week for the last 3 weeks to ask them to change my forum nickname that was given to me by default when i registered and nothing. No succes and no reply...

Why don't you let us change ourself the nickname if you are too busy doing stuff?

    call, leave call back number, or post ticket number here. I understand it's confusing, but seriously. 1/2 the issues CS has is just exaggeration from the people who are frustrated, and don't know how the system works. I mean in 3 weeks you make 3 tickets, when you only need to call or leave a call back number with your original ticket number to get someone to check if it was handled correctly. With all the issues with craglorn for the past few weeks as well, I'm sure your ticket rather slipped through he cracks, (if you just tried it is ez to save it form the cracks) or is in line with the other couple of thousand of tickets

    i don't want to call. they provide 2 options, call or email. if they dont take care of email then just remove it...

    i don't want to call. they provide 2 options, call or email. if they dont take care of email then just remove it...

    you need to elaborate, I've left callback 2 times this past week, each answered within 5 minutes, one was practically instant. i dont tink you are trying hard enough, guess this issue isnt that important to you after all otherwise, you would have probably reach someone helpful right now, it sounds like you are just getting mad and impatient, for something that you arenot even trying that hard to follow up on. again you have left one contact per week in the past 3 weeks. a bunch of people have gotten their issues fixed in that amount of time because they are much more diligent and patient

    I always seem to get results when I leave a complaint on their Facebook page. Emailing them has never worked for me.

    My experience with the Support is pretty great so far, always very friendly, no generic answers, they really tried to help me out every time. I always felt treated like a valued customer.
