Error 102: Unable to load Metafile

I'm trying to patch ESO and I keep getting this message. The sticky says to restart the patcher, which I guess is the same as restarting the launcher. Still I'm getting the error.
Also, is there anywhere that shows the server status? Am I completely missing it or is there nowhere that shows whether the server is even up? I don't seem to have any way of knowing!

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭There is a service alerts page but now if they are taking anything down they post it at the top of the forums page in red. The same area where the private messages alert currently is.
