Cure Vamp

Need to cure my vampirism. I'm a full vamp already. AD side. People said to go to R'kakskaksks in Reaper's March and talk to Valaste. The *** is nowhere to be found. I completed Mage's Guild questling and sent her away with Uncle Sheo. Any help?

Worstluck✭✭✭✭✭There should be a mage inside the Mages Guild in Reaper's March that can cure it for some gold (not Valaste). You can either cure vampirism (62g I think) or get rid of being vampire, but still have the vampirism curse (621g). I am DC side and I know when I want to cure mine I go talk to a mage inside the guild in Evermore, Bangkorai.

✭Negatron, you got to Rawl'kha in Reaper's March go to the mage's guild (WHERE VALASTE IS - NOT THE sleeping quarters) and go to the back of the room - there's a curtained off area where an NPC named Prelate Sabinus is standing - talk to him to cure your vampirism or lycanthropy.
NPC name is Prelate Sabinus inside the Mage's Guild in Rawl'kha in Reaper's March on the Dominion side. Ebonheart side he's probably in Riften, and I have no clue where he is in Covenant space.
