Shadowy disguise removes stealth passive.

So I'm running concealed blade + vamp stealth passive, and every time I use shadowy disguise it bugs out my stealth speed.
While shadowy disguise is up my stealth speed is the same, BUT once the invisibility runs out my speed decreases. In order to fix this I have to re-enter stealth.
It's not a big deal while ganking, but when I'm trying to get away it is. I simply can't be re-entering stealth and praying nobody sees me.

I reiterate that it's not a big deal while ganking, and that's because I have the time to go back into stealth without being detected/chased. It really becomes a problem when a zerg suddenly appears and I have to get out of there fast.
