When I contacted support, the guy just kept yelling, "WHERE IS THE AMULET OF KINGS?!?!?"

Is Molag Bal a customer support agent?


Obviously kidding. I've been very impressed with support's response time if not their ability to deal with issues. It is understandable that a game this new and this huge has many bugs, but I'd expect support to have workarounds (able to bump past broken quest steps, etc.) Still, amazing response time and I haven't encountered any bugs that gate progression for weeks now unless you count Templars not being fun to play if you were using a build based heavily on Biting Jabs.

So kudos.

    glad you're pleasantly surprised. Too often you only hear of the complaints and not enough of the compliments. I've only had one quest issue which was fixed in patch 1.1.2 and a whole badly named character which they wont let me change. Addimittedly its not offensive jsut silly but it did take 3 weeks to get a no. I DID say its not a priority request so I forgive them that one. And the 100 bots tickets and another 100 or so bad named other characters and you dont get replies to those. So I've not had bad nor good experience as of yet. Not needed and I think that says it all.
