Why aren't we getting any fixes?

What is the hold up? There has been plenty enough time since the Craglorn patch to provide dozens of critical fixes, yet we've gotten nothing. What is the problem?

We have an incremental patch coming up next week. We do plan on providing everyone with the highlights of the patch tomorrow.

Thanks, Jessica. I think it is a good bet that with the current level of issues that are impacting us, the community would like to see a weekly cadence of bug fixes. Even if it is just a few at a time.

I think this describes pretty much every tech company in existence.

This. After seeing other companies at launch releasing quick, regular patches, it's frustrating that two months in we're still dealing with some launch-week level bugfixes, especially from a big company dealing with a big project.

Maybe companies like Trion spoiled me with their handling of Rift, but the slower pace really feels like something we should be seeing several months in.

@aleister‌ Obviously but none of those companies yield the same results as ZOS do they? (or lack there of rather)

You know.. At least those other companies make it work.

Really now. Trion spoiled you? that train wreck of a company that went free to play after banning people for hearing a rumor that they're going free to play and swearing up and down that they're never going to go free to play (they did this twice, both with Rift and Defiance) That company mismanaged both games so it's hilarious that you're using them as a pedestal.

You're also ignoring all the updates this game has had + the content patch that was just released. There are problems, don't get me wrong. But to sit here and use Trion as a foundation for your argument? and ignore that this game has had regular updates and a content patch (this early is almost unheard of with mmos) that's just laughable on so many levels.

Trion beats this company hands down with patch updates, content and customer service, no questions at all. ftp or not this company sucks all the way around.

You know I hate World of Warcraft, BUT ZOS you can learn on thing from them. They do rolling restart almost 2-3 times a week and put hotfixes in for bugs every few days, why would you guys do it once a week in one big patch, In doing so your creating even more bugs then you make us deal with the bugs for 5-7 days and your making us pay you $15 a month for this crap. Weekly is too long with the level of bugs introduced. Most of this stuff should have been fixed within the first few days. It has now been over a week, still getting freezes for several seconds, something that was fixed several weeks ago, and newly broken just before the big patch, still not fixed.

Zos_JessicaFolsom . Dear Jessica, would it be possible that I play more than 10 minutes without having a loading screen coming out of nowhere, killing me when I'm in combat, and basically making much of my game time irritating and worthless ?
    Thanks.

Blizzard is a mammoth company compared to most others.

your $15 in isolation isnt much, how much could you do with $15 a month? Sure there's more subs that your's alone, but no where near the amount for WoW, and Wow's been out long enough to cover the debts/costs accrued during its initial development.

Never wish for another to fail, karma's a b*tch

Properly communicating with us about those fixes would go a long way in alleviating the outcries about bugs. A long way.
