Skill Hotbar Lag

After 10 minutes or so, my hotbar skills will not work anymore or become so lagged that I die in battle. Can not even kill a simple mud crab. Also, I can not interact with objects either -- books, bags, NPC, etc
1) Is anyone else have this problem?
2) Any theories what causes the issue?
Additional Notes:
When I try to log out, the counter counts down to zero and sits there for a while. Then I am booted to the login screen with "Unknown Error" message on the screen. Usually, I can still log back in.

I've been having similar issues myself even since that last big patch. So you're not alone.
Sometimes I can't identify objects to search. And most annoying: my skill slots have started acting up and seem to just randomly grey out to where I can't use them. Hope they fix it.0 -

✭My problem only started last night -- up to until then, the game was working fine. I heard there is some type of "hot fix" in last 24 hours or so -- not so where to get details on that. I am wondering if the "hot fix" caused this issue?0
