Got a new PC, trying to redownload game.. Go to log into my account, page not found???

As the title states. I recently purchased a new comp and want to download ESO to this PC.. However, I am just unable to access the account page.... Any suggestions? I just got the error message "page not found" error 404

    Please help me id like to start downloading before I hit the sack...

    Is there an alternate webpage where I can download the client???

    I mean seriously zenimax.. Im trying to download YOUR game......

    Have you tried a different browser and what browser were you using.

    You have been banned. Lots of innocent players have been wiped out by the auto account banning that ZOS implemented in a failed attempt to stop the gold spammers and bots but they won't admit to it.

    Grab Chrome or Firefox and try. I was able to load the account page in IE. Did it just to test it. I use Chrome and have never had an issue with the account page.

    how have I been banned? Wouldn't I have received an email??? Atleast been notified somehow?

    Downloaded Chrome, looks like i needed to use a fresh new browser. IE wasnt letting me access the page because it appeared to be a new IP address.

    Ah that would do it. Stupid IE. I don't touch it unless I absolutely need to.

    no you haven't been banned, yes some innocent players get caught up in that, but that realistically only affects a small minority of the client base.
    guessing Hilgara is one of these

    IE is a last resort browser, I only use it download chrome

    clear cookies, history and cache

    Bans aren't notified by email or any other way. Just for info. Not saying it is that, in this case, however.

    That was yesterday and was back up yesterday.
