Vulkhel Guard Bank door gets you stuck!

I am in Auridon VR1 zone and I get stuck when I go in the bank door..... everyone gets stuck for about 30 seconds of wiggling we get free.... fix fast please.

Yeah, it's so broken. Sometimes rolling helps, or using a skill, but sometimes I have to exit and enter over and over again.

Try opening up your mail inbox and then closing that screen. Oddly, that works to get you free when you get stuck after using a wayshrine, so it might work for this problem as well--just a guess, good luck

ZoS, dudes, seriously, this is a ridiculous inconvenience that every player in your game now moving through the early AD zones has to deal with on a regular basis.

It screams shoddy QA (on a regular and continuing basis to paying customers). That its persisted for nearly two weeks is unbelievable. Yes I know your is probably hair is on fire with all of the other **** you saw fit to launch the game with, but this should be an easy quality of life fix.

And while we are at it, what's up with the bugged Molag Bal encounter where you cannot even engage the boss? Its been like this for a few days. More than a few players in my guild have picked up other MMO's like Wildstar simply because they have been hard blocked and unable to access anything past level 50 content. Seriously, an enduring bug like that one during the launch of another AAA MMO is just beyond the pale. Are you trying to kill my guild?

It has been like this for more than a week i think.... they know about it it was reported when it appeared but the threads have fallen from the 1st page without a reply from them.

Just get to the next city fast and use that one...

Just remember, dont walk backwards out again if you get stuck trying to get in.
You will after a few steps go out where there is no ground and fall down into the depths towards the clammy hands of Molag Bal

Also one thing that helped me was to keep holding down W before the inside area fully loaded. Seems to help you over that dip in the floor.

Take off all your clothes first. Then it should work just fine.

or
Give it 10-15 sec before or after entering. Jumping, rolling sometimes works but you run the risk of falling/flying into the netherworlds.

These are just workarounds though and it does need to be fixed.

I've got stuck there loads of times in the last week, and I think I figured out why and how to avoid it. Normally I rush up and E as quick as possible, but I am usually not at the top of the steps, so my feet are below floor level and I get stuck. However, if I make sure I am on the top step before I press E, it works fine.

Just press and hold the "forward" button while the bank is still loading. That way you won't ever get stuck on that door.
