Stuck at "Requesting character load" with SPECIFIC character (VR Deshaan zone)

So I'm guessing something happened on NA Wabbajack approximately 2 hours ago. It happened during the siege of Roebeck.

Happening to me too. Left off in The Rift last night, the quest line in the area about where Fort Dawnguard is in Skyrim, but can't remember what it's called in ESO. Trying to load only character I have, get stuck on requesting character load screen and after a few minutes, get dumped back to log in screen with message saying "An unknown error has occurred."

Yep, thought I was the only one. Logged out in Wabbajack about 2 hours ago after having strange issues not being able to left or right click (even on the escape menu) and cannot get past the loading character screen currently. Sigh.

Same issue, was in wabba went and ate dinner now i cant log in on my main. all lowbie alts are fine. I dont want to play my lowbies!!

I was not in Wabbajack or Deshaan. I was in Stormhaven when I was logged out. Then any attempt to relog gets me to the loading screen for Stormhaven, followed by Unknown Error has Occurred within 15 seconds.

I am, however, still able to log in with my alts as well.

same. logged out in deshaan. now stuck on requesting character load screen. So my initial login to deshaan worked, but now I can't. Started at about 7:10 PST

I just tried logging into a character in Stonefalls, and I got yet another requesting character load screen.

EDIT: Getting the same Requesting Character Load screen on other characters in Stros M'Kai as well.

we are currently investigating Deshaan and other zones as well. You may be able to login to The Rift again, however, should you still have troubles logging on to your characters in that area, please let us know.

Still issues with Stormhaven.

"We will be performing our scheduled maintenance on the North American megaserver on Thursday, May 29th at 8am EDT / 1pm BST."

Should probably read "UNscheduled maintenance" as it seems to be a response to this server bug that has occurred.

If ZOS can't manage and configure the servers, it's better to close your doors and search other job... This amazing game is going to the garbage history.

I'm very tired with this issues, please make this game "playable".

I crashed in wabba last night and called it quits for the day now and it won't let me in either. Had a callback request in on the website for 90+ minutes now, and have been on hold on my cellphone trying to call them for the last hour. This is getting kind of rediculous

Apologies. My loading screen say my character logged out in Malabal Tor. I was briefly there prior to dashaan. Can you confirm that malabal tor is also down? thank you

I'm pretty sure noone can log into wabba atm. So if everyone is like you, theres alot of people on that list.

I'm just waiting patiently, as they know about it, and a fix will likely let everyone log back in.

I, too, have had the misfortune to be locked out of the character that I had left in Wabbajack last night. In the spirit of trying to be helpful, it may be important to note that there is a very large queue for Ebonheart players' entering that server when already in-game. This is despite what, according to the tool tip, is only a mid-capacity load. I haven't seen this posted elsewhere, but I hope it helps!

Well... still no fix. Time to call it a night and sleep.

I was on the fence about whether to resubscribe for the next month as my 30 days are nearing its end. After a long deliberation, I finally convinced myself that I would in fact subscribe for another month... that was of course... before this happened.

I enjoy the game, but in its current state, it is not playable. Hope the rest of you have better luck. I will be seeing you a few months down the road... either when the game is free to play OR when ZOS finally gets their act together and has a fully functioning game... not an alpha or beta.

I too am stuck on the "requesting character load" screen in Silvenar in Malabal Tor on my main, VR6. I can log in to my non-VR alts without issue.

There are still people on Wabba, I logged into my alt character and AD was at 2 bars, so there has to still be quite a few people there. It must only have affected certain people, myself included.

An update: Was able to log on to my main just now, on whom I had logged out in Deshaan. Upon login, I was sent to Grahtwood instead of Deshaan - but it did work. Not sure if it was a strange glitch or if Zeni moved me there because Deshaan isn't working right.
