This is along with other structures that have seemingly disappeared after the latest patch. For instance, the two portal houses that were right next to each other in ColdHarbour's Village of the Lost where you can go to the khajiit village or orc village or whatever. The portals are still there. The brick enclosures for them are just somehow missing lol.
