its really making me want to unsub, i paid 120$ and 30 dollars a month for 2 accounts and this is how i'm treated? told its my fault? told i'd be called back by customer support and i never do? sent generic help emails that run through the most basic stuff over and over? all the whille paying to be bored and have nothing to do in my free time! its ridiculous it needs to be fixed
