So what am I supposed to do its on ZOS server side with accounts are they going to fix it anytime soon , I'd like to play a game im PAYING FOR ! The Customer Support are useless pions so I'm at a loss ... Seriously fix your Sh*t this is BS .... This is the kinda *** that makes me want to Unsub

    it really sucks, if the majority of players were having this problem the servers would be brought down for an emergency maintenance and this would be fixed ASAP but since its more like 10-20% of players its swept under the rug and pushed back, we're really sick of waiting, this is a cancer in your community ZOS fix this already seriously

    This is the thing that they will fix when thousands of people get it , and they get all pissed off and start to unsub because they waited SOOO long cause it wasn't important enough .. Which obviously it is

    its really making me want to unsub, i paid 120$ and 30 dollars a month for 2 accounts and this is how i'm treated? told its my fault? told i'd be called back by customer support and they never did? sent generic help emails that run through the most basic stuff over and over? all the whille paying to be bored and have nothing to do in my free time! its ridiculous it needs to be fixed

    If this is how they are going to treat people from now on this company will fail just due to their lack of Customer support it's a big deal.. Just shows you how much they care
