Receiving login time out error 301:3:1:1229:90098
Guys i am receiving time out error 301.
Have contacted support and got ticket 140527-014477 and got other ticket 140527-014616 coz i reported on phone and through mail.
i have problem logging into the game. I had lot of problems with graphic till recent hotfix ( problems occurred after patch 1.1.2 ) and since than i didn't have any significant problems. Today i am receiving error Code 301:3:1:1229:90098. I was in Craglorn and running anomaly. In one moment i just get kick from server and when i tried to log in i got that error.
Support is still looking into this problem i have.
But maybe players had same thing before and successfully resolved that issue.
If any of u guys experienced same/similar problem can u suggest me what to do ? If necessary i can reinstall system, game, whatever it takes ....

Other people do indeed have this issue as well, but unfortunately it seems nothing can be done client-side.

Unfortunately it's been striking people for over a week now... it seems exiting the game in a way that doesn't register with the servers (including simply losing your connection mid-game, apparently) can trigger this endless 301 error/timeout when you try to log in.
Some lucky few (very lucky, very few) can follow these steps to rectify the situation:

For most, however, there is no fixing it client-side. People have taken drastic measures (reinstall, even entire system reformat) to no avail. It seems clear it is game account based and not individual computer system based as people are able to log in with other accounts on the very computer they can not log in with the 301 afflicted account.
I hope the problem is soon worked out for you and all others so afflicted.He will bring life to the dead, hope to the living, and for him the Gate will open.
