Check for a refund on your credit card/whatever you used to purchase the game initially, Other people have had this happen as well for no reason, closed account with refunds. apparently bans warranted or not.
Did you have time remaining on your sub before it was supposed to be rebilled for the next month?
You won't get help on the forums. This is a billing and account issue so you need to submit a help ticket as that type of issue can only been taken care of that way

Billing and account issues can only be dealt with thru a ticket as they will require proof of account ownership. That is something that can't be done on the forums.

Ok thanks for the info, it's just I've seen other people have the same problem as me and ZoS staff have replied to them saying they are looking into it, that's all.
Isnt the account system down for maintenance? Maybe it has something to do with that?

Yeah but if you also look at the person's post you will usually see an addition to their post that ZOS does saying that a ticket was opened for them. But if you open one before they do that then they will get to it sooner than if you were to wait on a response on the forums. Trying to save you sometime and don't listen to people saying that CS takes forever when they actually don't.

Just had the same. This is getting crazy.
4 Day ago I was banned for no reason. It took 30 hours to get unbanned (complete with e-mail from ZOS stating that I had done nothing wrong and the ban was a mistake).
It took another 24 hours to get my gold back (when I was unbanned all my characters came back with 0 gold)
I play for 24 hours. Yay!
Now today my subscription has been cancelled and a refund given. I have an e-mail stating that "You have successfully cancelled your subscription."
I didn't cancel my subscription. I don't want to cancel my subscription. I just want to play the game, yet ZOS seem determined to make this as hard as possible.
I'm at roughly 30+ hours since I was mysteriously banned. I've gotten confirmation that the ticket was escalated, but have yet to hear anything since. Now I'm apprehensive to even try to spur another response and I'm seeing these posts of people having their accounts canceled outright. This doesn't bode well at all.

I was also mysteriously and wrongfully banned sometime Monday night/early Tuesday. I have sent in about 4 tickets so far and even sat on hold for about 40 minutes only to have the customer support escalate my priority.
It's almost Midnight UK time and still no response from support. Another day lost.
