Tried to login to the game but my account information is invalid?

Just tried logging in to the game and it's saying my account information is invalid, So i tried logged into the website account management and it worked fine but it is saying;

"You do not own any games. Please click Redeem Code below to enter your Game Registration Code or Buy Game to purchase the digital version."

And I've received two emails overnight;

"Elder Scrolls Online - Subscription Cancellation Success"
This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your subscription to The Elder Scrolls Online. You will no longer be charged for a subscription on a recurring basis, and your access to the game will expire at the end of your current subscription cycle.
We're sad to see you go now, but we'll be happy to welcome you back at any time! Whenever you're ready to come back, your characters will be waiting for you, just like you left them. You can return anytime by resubscribing on the Manage Subscription page on your Elder Scrolls Online account.

Not a clue what is going on I haven't cancelled my subscription and where has my digital standard version of the game gone? can somebody please help me out.

    Check for a refund on your credit card/whatever you used to purchase the game initially, Other people have had this happen as well for no reason, closed account with refunds. apparently bans warranted or not.

    Did you have time remaining on your sub before it was supposed to be rebilled for the next month?

    Just checked billing history on my account management and they've refunded me For the game and a month of membership, wtf is going on...

    Also yeah I had around 10 days left I think.

    You won't get help on the forums. This is a billing and account issue so you need to submit a help ticket as that type of issue can only been taken care of that way

    Thanks for the advice and this is the forums yes but this is also the "Customer Support" section of the forums which is why I've posted here :S

    Billing and account issues can only be dealt with thru a ticket as they will require proof of account ownership. That is something that can't be done on the forums.

    Ok thanks for the info, it's just I've seen other people have the same problem as me and ZoS staff have replied to them saying they are looking into it, that's all.

    Isnt the account system down for maintenance? Maybe it has something to do with that?

    Yeah but if you also look at the person's post you will usually see an addition to their post that ZOS does saying that a ticket was opened for them. But if you open one before they do that then they will get to it sooner than if you were to wait on a response on the forums. Trying to save you sometime and don't listen to people saying that CS takes forever when they actually don't.

    I have opened like 7 tickets and all have gotten responses within a day but usually less than that.

    Just had the same. This is getting crazy.

    4 Day ago I was banned for no reason. It took 30 hours to get unbanned (complete with e-mail from ZOS stating that I had done nothing wrong and the ban was a mistake).

    It took another 24 hours to get my gold back (when I was unbanned all my characters came back with 0 gold)

    I play for 24 hours. Yay!

    Now today my subscription has been cancelled and a refund given. I have an e-mail stating that "You have successfully cancelled your subscription."

    I didn't cancel my subscription. I don't want to cancel my subscription. I just want to play the game, yet ZOS seem determined to make this as hard as possible. :(

    Guys - this happened a while ago, the game started to get removed from accounts in error. It's sad to see it happening again, looks like.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom - can you get somebody to get investigate this please? People were getting refunded in error a few weeks ago and/or the game removed from their account - it looks like that problem is back again.

    Exact same thing happened to my wife today. Getting tired of this. The game is great, amazing really. Everything i would expect in an offline game... cuz the online experience of the game is starting to suck bad.

    They replied to my ticket pretty quickly and asked for some information about my account and have forwarded my case to the management team. Hopefully It will be sorted soon, for all those who are having the same problem as me id recommend opening a ticket if you haven't already.

    I'm at roughly 30+ hours since I was mysteriously banned. I've gotten confirmation that the ticket was escalated, but have yet to hear anything since. Now I'm apprehensive to even try to spur another response and I'm seeing these posts of people having their accounts canceled outright. This doesn't bode well at all.

    I was also mysteriously and wrongfully banned sometime Monday night/early Tuesday. I have sent in about 4 tickets so far and even sat on hold for about 40 minutes only to have the customer support escalate my priority.

    One ticket responded that i was indeed "permanently banned" but he couldn't say what it was for.

    Second ticket responded and asked for my information like, UserID, E-mail, Security question, and info on how i payed (paypal ID or last 4 digits of Credit card) and Game card code. I sent in all the information and i'm still waiting for this to be resolved.

    But good news, Yesterday and early today i was also unable to access the forums and said "Sorry, Permission denied" I'm assuming because of the ban. As you can see i can now access the forums so they are making progress.

    Whats "funny" about this "refund of game and monthly costs" bug is... they are actually wrongly sending paying customers away with their money.

    Many people will probably just be tired of their problems and stop playing all together... and all they have to do is: absolutely nothing because, this time, the error did all the work for them.

    Fix this damn problem already! You are losing paying customers... permanently and losing money on the process!!!

    24 Hour so far I've waited for a response, close to just opening another ticket and telling them not to bother and I'll take my money elsewhere...

    It wouldn't even be bad if they replied and said "oh its an error on our part hold on till we fix it please" Id' be fine with that atleast I know whats happening, but just getting no reply at all is the most annoying bit its almost as if they don't give a ***...
