Lvl 40+ Enchanting Potency Rune Bug

Is there any fix in the works for the level 9 potency rune bug? For those who don't know about the bug, once you take the skill to craft with potency 9 runes you:

1. Can't recover a potency 9 rune from DE'ing ANY level glyph
2. Hireling no longer sends you ANY potency runes
3.I have never found a potency 9 rune from Runestones since I up my skill to potency 9 (not sure if this one is bad luck or part of the bug)?

yeah i am not finding any potency 9 runestones either for a couple of weeks now....like how come the vet 10 area runestones still drop 5-7 potency lvls.....

These are the potency runes, that I so badly needed and they never dropped. I got tons of 8-9, but not the ones for my current level of crafting.
I managed to get to potency 8, and now that I know about this issue, I don't need to rush to the last one.

Hmm perhaps to hide them in craglorn.

I just saw a new post about this but they didn't know finding level 9 potency runes is bugged after you take the Enchanting Potency 9 skill.

i have the same problam i was able to stack alot before i got enchanting to level 40 and as soon as i got 9/9 i only get potency 8 from vr10 zones as well as craglorn
