Mount appearance didn't change at lvl 20?

Sharakor✭✭✭Okay I'm surprised no one has answered this correctly except for adding speculations: You need to feed your mount 25 times in the SAME skill (like speed) for this to happen. So a horse being lvl 20, or 30 or even 40 is irrelevant.0 -
