ok I'm fed up of getting these rewards in cyrodiil now I'm level 49 now and getting level 3 rewards with red question marks. I have received no less than eight of these today as rewards. Yes I've done the repair stuff.140526-016936

It means the pointer points to an item record that they wanted to use but doesn't exist, so it hits the default Red ?.

It'll likely require a client patch...

Yes, Cyrodiil rewards appear to be borked a bit.

Yeah I am getting the same here in Cyrodiil as "Rewards" (coming as Equipment now). Most of my VR guildies are not having the same problem. I'm level 35 so I'm guessing it is the low level that's doing this?

    Supports current response is :-
"...this is a new issue and we are still working on a fix for this...
this is being investigated and hopefully there will be a solution for this anytime soon.
Currently, we do not have any information regarding replacement item awards."

This isn't new... I had this 3 weeks or longer ago.

You do? I am a bit surprised. Only heard from people - myself included - having this issue since patch 1.1.2
There's also another thread regarding this issue. Hope for a quick fix, it's a tad annoying.

Following patch 1.1.2, I have received over 70 of these bugged Rewards for the Worthy mail messages.

Clearly they are of no use in combat, and if you try to deconstruct the item, you get much less crafting XP than you would normally get for level-appropriate items.

It would be very helpful if support could let us know whether there are plans to replace these items. If we need to keep these items in our mail inbox, many of us are not able to use the mail system in the meantime, as you cannot send or receive mail when your inbox is full.

No the items are borked. There are a limited number of standard item models (motifs) so it wouldn't be likely that the item records are all for unique models.

The "proof" that it is the items being borked is in the stats - all extra damage (fire/frost/disease/etc) for these rewards are for '0' damage.
The only negative experience in ESO is those that make it negative.

I received a response from the Support team, and certain information about the items was requested.

If you are also experiencing this issue with your "Rewards for the Worthy" attachments, you may want to post your responses to the following questions here in this thread, or when you report the bug in-game:

    1. Which character did you earn the rewards on?
    2. Which character are you trying to open the reward containers with?
    3. Have you tried opening one of the containers with any other characters?
    4. What are the names of the containers?

I mean more like: this items are linked to records A56200E through A56500E.
However, because someone was doing a mass install, they accidentally omitted the E from the record identifiers... so it defaults to item record A0E.

Never been to Cyrodil. Is it me or server side with these question mark items?

I got 12 of these bugged items from a jaunt in Cyrodil. I raised a ticket, and the response I received was very polite and friendly but pretty much along the lines of "a lot of people have reported this, it will be fixed in a future patch"

It didn't sound to me as if the bugged rewards we already got will be replaced though (although due to a HDD problem I haven't been able to log in and check) :(
