I reported one using right click and "report item" but it had been a long evening and I wasn't going to go through each individual item right at that moment! Especially since I had to go check any addons, disable the couple that I use etc. and recheck everything.

I got a couple of jewelry items too, and they weren't bugged.

Anyway, I am somewhat relieved to hear that it isn't just an isolated incident, am still somewhat peeved that 12 weapon and armor items that I earned from PvP have no 'level' and are thus utterly useless

Does anyone know how to raise a support ticket about this? (I can only find how to report billing issues and account hacks). I would just let it slide and destroy the item if it was just 1 item, but 12 bugged items is ridiculous, I want them replaced with proper items that have a quality (oak/steel/linen/hide would be appropriate for my level) and a level (level 20 would be perfect).

I'm not asking for the moon on a stick here, if I spend hours and hours in Cyrodil kicking... behind... for the Pact (or getting my behind kicked!), I want my rewards to not be bugged. Especially not when I'm going up against VR12 players (already??) and VR5 NPCs - I need a pat on the back for bravery in the face of adversity (and trust me, there was a lot of adversity), not bugged items.

It's almost as if they discounted the possibility of lower level players going into Cyrodil and didn't include those level items in the loot list.

I got 10 items over the course of the evening on 5/23 and all were bugged and low level items as described above.

The items are in a container called "Equipment" where usually the items I get are "Curious Equipment".

They tend to be high for my level and higher than what I get in PvE, which has been the main draw for me and I am sure others into Cyrodiil, as I don't usually do PvP.

These items however were armor levels in the 30's and damage levels 12-15. Even the gold value was a fraction of the usual.

If this was an intended nerf that just had a buggy implementation it is an insult as a "worthy reward" and will impact the number of new players venturing into Cyrodiil and possibly getting hooked on PvP and thus helping to fill out the low populations.

I'm hoping it is just one of the many bugs introduced by their "bug fixing" update and it will get corrected soon.

I have over 20 items I got yesterday in Cyrodiil that seem to be bugged:

• came in a container just called "Equipment" which had a level of 1
• all items have a red question mark as an icon
• the items have low stats and don't have the enchantment associated with the name (eg "Gloves of Magicka" don't have any Magicka-related stats)
• when I put the item on, my character looks like they're not wearing anything in that slot.

Made a bug report, but would be nice to know if I these items will be fixed or if the rewards I received are permanently borked and I can delete them. At the moment I've got about five that I opened and 20 that I've just left in my mailbox.

Same here. Retrieved 2 boxes - both being bugged. Currently have approx 40 items waiting in my mailbox. Sure as hell won't retrieve those with this ongoing issue. Feedback from the officials would be much appreciated.

Same here! Spent over 5 hours in AvA on Saturday and opened 14 of the reward boxes, all of them bugged. I waited until this morning to submit a ticket.

Me too, Cyrodiil rewards are low level since patch. I also have a similar issue with these "mini dark anchors" that spawn in your vicinity. I'm level 34 and in Greenshade and these now spawn lvl 10 mobs. Not much of a challenge with those anymore.

Ah yes, now that you mention it, I've only see level 10 mobs too. Didn't notice at first, just thought it was a rubbish area for those random spawns

In the meantime, do we need to avoid downloading the containers from the messages, or avoid deleting the "Rewards" mails containing these items?

@Tendeep‌ I think that is a bit too much to ask, I would not mind if of course, but as long as it gets a fix soon I am happy.

While the new items are fixed, the existing items are still broken. Is this every going to be fixed?
