1.1.2 bug? Skill point refund for impulse + the Thief mundus stone

I just logged in a minute ago and found out that I did not get any refund on my impulse (elemental ring) skill. (This one is fine because I planned to put them back into the skill anyway, but it just bugged me)

Also, my spell critical rating did not seem to increase even if I am using the Thief mundus stone. (It showed the same value as the last patch)

Anyone having the same problem as me?

I also haven't got my points back for Elemental Ring, just the increased Magicka cost.. Because I want to switch to Pulsar I will send an ingame report to get my points refunded. Hopefully it will still be spam-able with some reduced Magicka jewelry or Warlock set.

The Thief Mundus stone gives me +5% spell crit chance, I checked it yesterday. Maybe you have to activate a different Mundus stone and then re-activate the Thief to apply the changes?

I did that, but the buff disappeared after I move out of the zone or relog the game. I remembered ESO staff posted somewhere that it is only visual bug, the stone really increase your spell crit, though.

Anyway, after I saw some posts about morphed skill refund only yield 1 skill point (as opposed to 2 put in them), I felt quite glad they did not refund this skill lol.
