Escape Key Functionality - Keeps going away

Inco✭✭✭✭I finally disabled all my ADD-On's thinking they had been the issue. Found that I still saw it fail (Just less often).
NOTE: I did notice an increase of most likely to happen after I did an ALT-TAB to goto my 2nd Monitor.
I've reset my configuration on my PC to Windows "Fullscreen" as I can't stand not being able to see my second monitor for mail, VoIP client, etc.0 -
galiumb16_ESO✭✭✭Just turn off all your addons, guaranteed the problem is there. Turn them on one at a time until you find it. The one that was doing it for me was the leader addon as mentioned above.0

I can confirm many OOD addons are the cause of this. So far, the only safe ones that I can vouch for are KHAJIIT SPEAK, Wykkids stuff (all 4 or 5 of em) and Skyshard locater. Autoemote, chat colorizer, etc I know do cause this issue. Same with one click report.0
