1.1.2 Initial Load Screen has Weird Banner

I wish I could post a screenshot of it but my wife and many guild mates are reporting ever since 1.1.2 that their initial Load screen before getting to the Login screen has a weird ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE banner . Kinda looks like a giant old Style button for IE or in Windows. Very odd.
