Can't see spirits after update

Has anyone encountered this? Npc's that are spirits are not seen. I can see their aura but they themselves are invisible to me. There are even certain mobs that are invisible to me though I can see their shadows perfectly. I've been messing with settings to see what could be affecting this but haven't found anything. I've even compared my settings to my wife's account since she can still see them. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Same! I've been looking everywhere for a fix, hint or something.
I've changed many settings, including my graphics settings.
I've restarted my launcher a gazzilion times and they still wont appear

*EDIT: I've managed to fix it by going in to my 'UserSettings' file located in C:\Users\(Your user)\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu

    Then, I changed this line:

    SET GraphicsDriver.7 "XXXX"

    To:
SET GraphicsDriver.7 "D3D11" (Latest DirectX that you have installed)

Or you can do this: SET GraphicsDriver.7 "" (Leave it blank), then start up your launcher and It should automatically do it for you!

If that doesn't work, I suggest updating your DirectX

    -Hope this helped!

Yeah this didn't work for me, more than likely because I am still using XP (yeah I know stone age now) and DX9 is as high as I can go so DX11 isn't an option for me. It used to work just fine before the update so hopefully they can get this issue resolved soon.

A new NVIDIA driver was released today which improves DirectX performance. If you use an NV card, I'd suggest trying that out.

I have the same problem. The new driver does not resolve this.
