Unable to feed other horse

i have two imperial horses, one has just reached the lvl 50, but thats not the problem as i knew that was the level cap.
my lvl 35 horse is the problem, appearently since my other horse is at lvl 50, i cant feed my other horses at all now.

bloodenragedb14_ESO✭✭✭✭✭when i swap to feed my other horse, the icon is red like it is on my lvl 50 horse, as such blocking the ability to feed. ive tried logging out and in, exiting to desktop and into the game, ive tried buying a extra imperial horse to see if that fixes it. nothing workes0

✭I submitted a bug report for my issue, but I am having a similar problem.
What happens for me is it say "You cannot swap mounts while an inventory items is locked." Whatever that means, so it will not even bring the other horse up. I expanded my stable to 3, so there was an empty one, same issue.--- HuntGod ---

Did you have enough space in the default inventory to hold your stuff?
Cant swap horses with carry capacity if you cant spare those slots.2 -

It's actually a different error message when you don't have the necessary bag space to swap.
I had the "inventory item is locked" message randomly two days ago. Still not totally sure what the cause was but the last inventory management I'd done before trying to feed the horses was putting items in guild bank, so given the lag sometimes associated with that, I thought it was a likely culprit.
A restart fixed the problem.0 -

✭I figured it out, even though I only had 13 items in my inventory when doing this (110 slots available, 160 w/ horse) the game was storing one of those on the horse (really crappy coding guys). Emptying my inventory, swapping horses and then putting the 13 items I always have with me back in, kept them from being loaded to the horse. Once I did that the error went away because the game accepted those items were in main inventory and not horse inventory.

It's a good thing that you reported this and Zenimax is looking into it, so people whose horses reach level 50 soon don't suffer the same

bloodenragedb14_ESO✭✭✭✭✭everyone relax, my original post problem was fixed by simply waiting another 20 hours, i was able to feed the horse the next day after i encountered this bug0
