Mouse Not Working in Dialogue

Since the patch, my mouse is not working in dialog screens, inventory or pretty much any "pop-up" box. It was working fine before the patch.

I am using Win8 touchscreen laptop. I can select using touchscreen, but it is terrible, even more so when I want to hook up to a monitor.

Anybody else having these issues? Any ideas on how to fix?

It's happening for me too! I'm using Windows 7 on a PC though so I don't think it's your computer or my peripherals. I'm glad I'm not the only one it's happening to...

For me, I'm noticing it in the bank screens. I've been trying to deposit and withdraw gold and buy bank space but none of the keys are working except alt to exit the screen. The only solution is to re-log where I go back into the bank screen and one single command works before it goes back to being unresponsive. I've tried destroying items and they go grey and say they're "locked". Not even the ESC key is working so I have to type /camp in the message screen. Most of the other things work... I'll need to see if I can sell things.

I'm having the same issues minus the mouse not working. I can't use any of the options in the bank screen and my escape key is not working.

It's really starting to get annoying now. I can't unlock skills, do banking, travel by way shrine, purchase items or destroy things in my inventory without logging first.

It's all yours glitchy add-ons, for sure. My mice works well in dialogues, i can even click at companion's face ^)

If you're encountering this issue, can you try disabling any add-ons you have running and see if that solves it?

Not sure if this is related but there is known issue (to players, not sure if the devs know) where the mouse cursor disappears in fullscreen mode. The functionality is there but the cursor is gone. It reappears if you switch to Windowed(fullscreen) mode.

I've been randomly losing mouse functionality for lockpicking. I'm not sure if it's a related issue. A quick /reloadui always fixes that problem for me, but it can get a little stressful when there are others lurking about

In real fullscreen mode I can't select my character with a double click or get loot from boxes or chests.
I cannot double click on mats during crafting.

I'm forced to use my "use key" (E) to take and drop items. This problem is solved when I'm in fullscreen windowed mode, but I really prefer the real fullscreen mode (I like to use Shadowplay to record my gameplay)

I too cannot see the mouse in dialog windows. There is functionality but no cursor. I run the game on PC with no issues -this is only an issue on my laptop it has been like this for a couple of weeks at least. I've given up trying to play on the laptop and am considering leaving the game. I have add ons on the PC and none on my laptop. I've added add ons and removed them it's made no difference.

I am using the mouse pad on the laptop. Tried a mouse but same issues

Laptop is running 32bit Windows 7, PC is running 64. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix?
